The context
What email marketing actually involves
Most businesses already have the hardest asset to acquire: permission to contact people who showed interest. What they lack is a system for using it — a reason to write, a sequence for new leads, and segmentation so the message matches the relationship.
We build email programmes that a busy team can actually run: a small number of automated sequences doing most of the work, and a sustainable newsletter cadence supported by a content plan.

Problems this solves
Leads go cold after the first reply
A prospect who is not ready today is forgotten by next month. A short, useful nurture sequence keeps the relationship alive without pestering.
A list that never receives anything
Subscribers collected at launch and never contacted will not convert. Regular, relevant sends maintain deliverability and recall.
One message for everyone
Sending the same email to new subscribers, past clients and dormant leads produces poor engagement and inflated unsubscribe rates.
Deliverability problems disguised as content problems
Low open rates may be an authentication or sender-reputation issue. We check the technical foundation before rewriting subject lines.
What you get
Deliverables, defined in advance
- Email strategy: purpose of each send, audience, cadence and success metrics
- Welcome sequence for new enquiries and subscribers
- Lead nurture sequences segmented by service interest or buying stage
- Newsletter template design consistent with your brand
- Segmentation structure and list hygiene practice
- Campaign copywriting for launches, offers and announcements
- Deliverability setup guidance: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation and list quality
- Automation flows for re-engagement, follow-up and post-purchase
- Performance reporting: delivery, open, click, reply and complaint metrics with context
Why it matters
Business benefits
Lowest-cost channel you control
Email reaches people who have already opted in, with no platform intermediation and no rising cost per click.
Consistent follow-up without manual effort
Automated sequences do the persistent, polite follow-up that busy teams never get around to.
Better-qualified sales conversations
Prospects arrive at a call already informed, which shortens discussions about basics and keeps attention on fit.
Process
How the engagement runs
- Step 1
Audit and strategy
We review list health, current performance, sending infrastructure and existing automations before recommending new activity.
- Step 2
Build foundations
Segmentation, templates and authentication are set up first — these determine whether anything else works.
- Step 3
Design sequences
Welcome, nurture and re-engagement flows are written and built, with clear exit conditions so nobody receives the wrong message.
- Step 4
Run and optimise
Campaigns ship on a sustainable cadence; subject lines, timing and segments are refined against delivery and reply data.
Deliverability is a technical problem first
Before optimising subject lines, a sender needs SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, a verified sending domain, a cleaned list and consistent volume. Sending from a general-purpose shared server, or importing a purchased list, will damage reputation regardless of content quality.
We start from those foundations and set expectations honestly: inbox placement depends on mailbox providers' filtering, which no sender fully controls. What we can control is authentication, list hygiene, engagement patterns and content that does not trigger spam signals.
Consent, privacy and list quality
Email marketing requires lawful basis for contact and a clear unsubscribe path. We only work with lists that were collected with permission, and we build double opt-in where appropriate for your market. Purchased or scraped lists are not used — they produce complaints, damage deliverability and create legal exposure.
Where GDPR or similar regulations apply, we document the consent source, retention expectations and the data processor relationships involved in sending.
What we do not promise
- We do not use purchased, scraped or rented email lists.
- We cannot guarantee open rates or inbox placement; mailbox provider filtering is outside any sender's control.
- Email platform subscription costs are paid directly by you and are separate from our service fee.
- Contact lists must be permission-based; we will decline to send to lists without a documented consent source.
How pricing works
Sequence build as a fixed project, plus optional monthly campaign management.
Advertising spend, platform subscriptions and third-party licences are paid by you directly and are always shown separately from our fee.

Email Marketing FAQ
Most mainstream platforms with automation support, including Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot and ActiveCampaign. We recommend based on your existing stack and the flows you need, not on reseller incentives.
Yes, at small scale it is still the highest-return channel for existing contacts. A welcome sequence alone is often worth building before you have large volume, because it captures intent at the moment it exists.
Yes. Copy, design and technical setup can all be included, or limited to build and setup if your team prefers to write.
