The context
What meta ads actually involves
Meta advertising rewards a strong offer and good creative far more than clever campaign settings. The platform's delivery system is competent at finding buyers once it has clear signals and enough creative variety to learn from. Most underperforming accounts are held back by weak hooks, narrow audiences and broken tracking — not by the bidding strategy.
We build campaigns in that order: a clear offer and landing path, several distinct creative angles, correct conversion tracking, then structured testing and scaling. Audience research still matters for messaging and creative direction even when targeting is broad.

Problems this solves
Spending without a predictable cost per lead
Campaigns that worked once and stopped usually lack creative refresh, a clear conversion event, or a landing page matched to the ad. We rebuild the measurement chain first.
Creative fatigue
One image and one caption cannot sustain results. We plan creative angles in advance and refresh before performance decays, rather than reacting after cost per result doubles.
Leads that do not convert to sales
Cheap form fills are easy to generate and often worthless. We optimise toward the conversion event that correlates with revenue, and align qualification questions with your sales process.
Tracking that cannot be trusted
Missing or duplicated events make optimisation impossible. We audit pixel and Conversions API implementation before scaling anything.

Why it matters
Business benefits
Demand that responds to changes
Unlike organic reach, paid social delivers volume on demand — useful for launches, seasonal pushes and testing new offers quickly.
Precise creative feedback
You learn which message, benefit and visual actually moves your audience, and that insight transfers to your website and organic content.
Structured scale
Once a campaign produces a viable cost per acquisition, a documented structure lets you increase budget without resetting the learning phase every week.
Process
How the engagement runs
- Step 1
Audit and access
We review the ad account, Business Manager, pixel and previous results, confirm who owns each asset, and verify tracking before building.
- Step 2
Strategy and creative
Offer, audience and creative angles are agreed in advance, with ad copy and visual concepts prepared in batches so testing is continuous.
- Step 3
Launch and learn
Campaigns launch with a clear success metric. The first weeks are a learning phase: we avoid premature edits and let statistically meaningful data accumulate.
- Step 4
Optimise and report
Winning creative and audiences receive more budget; the rest are paused or reworked. Reports explain what changed and what we plan next, in plain language.
Management fees versus advertising spend
These are always separate. Your ad spend is paid directly to Meta from your own ad account and billing method — we do not mark it up or route it through our accounts. Our management fee covers strategy, creative direction, campaign build, optimisation and reporting. You therefore see exactly what went to the platform and what was paid for the work.
Minimum viable budgets depend on the objective and cost per result in your market. We will tell you honestly when a budget is too small to gather enough data to optimise; a campaign that spends too little to learn will not become effective through better management.
Creative is the main variable
In most accounts, creative changes move performance more than audience or bidding changes. Effective creative usually states the problem in the first line, shows the product or outcome clearly, and gives one specific next step. We plan several distinct angles — problem-focused, proof-focused, offer-focused, objection-handling — rather than producing twelve variations of the same image.
Creative production may be included or quoted separately depending on volume and whether photography, video editing or motion design is required. Where user-generated or customer-supplied assets exist, we will ask for them; authentic footage generally outperforms generic stock.
Lead quality and feedback loops
Optimising for form submissions alone can produce volume of poor quality. Where possible we send qualified-lead or CRM events back to Meta so delivery learns from what your sales team actually closes. For instant forms, we add one or two qualifying questions that filter genuine intent without discouraging real prospects.
We agree the definition of a qualified lead with you at the start and report against it. If the cost per qualified lead does not support the unit economics, we say so and adjust the strategy rather than reporting flattering top-of-funnel numbers.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee specific results, cost per lead or return on ad spend. Outcomes depend on your offer, pricing, market and creative performance.
- Advertising spend is billed directly by Meta to your account and is separate from our management fee.
- We require admin access to ad accounts and the ability to verify tracking; we cannot optimise accurately on incomplete data.
- Creative production volume beyond the agreed scope, including video shoots or professional photography, is quoted separately.
How pricing works
Monthly management fee, sometimes with a percentage-of-spend model for larger budgets, plus creative production where required.
Advertising spend, platform subscriptions and third-party licences are paid by you directly and are always shown separately from our fee.

Meta Ads FAQ
It depends on your objective and the typical cost per result in your market. As a practical starting point, a budget that produces at least 30–50 conversions per month gives the platform enough data to optimise. We will assess your numbers before recommending a figure.
For larger budgets, a percentage model can align incentives and is sometimes preferred. For smaller accounts a flat monthly fee is usually clearer. We quote the model that fits your situation and state it explicitly in the proposal.
You do. We work inside your Business Manager with our own access, so account history, audiences and pixel data remain yours if the engagement ends.
