The context
What graphic design & branding actually involves
Design is a trust signal before it is a decoration. A business whose website, ads, documents and social profiles look like they belong together reads as more established than one with seven different logos and no consistent colour.
We build identity systems rather than single assets: a considered logo, a small set of type and colour rules, and templates your team can use without design skills. The test of a good identity is whether it still works on a business card, a LinkedIn banner and a 15-second video.

Problems this solves
Inconsistent brand appearance
Different colours, fonts and logo versions across platforms undermine recognition and dilute every marketing impression.
A logo that fails in real use
Marks that only work on white, or cannot be read at small sizes, create constant workarounds. We design for the actual contexts you will use.
Slow creative turnaround
Without templates, every social post or proposal cover needs a designer. A template system removes the bottleneck.
Marketing assets that do not convert
Beautiful design that buries the offer does not help. We prioritise hierarchy, legibility and a clear next step.

Why it matters
Business benefits
Credibility at first glance
Coherent visual identity signals care and stability — particularly important for businesses asking for significant budgets.
Faster marketing execution
Templates and guidelines let non-designers produce on-brand assets, which shortens campaign turnaround considerably.
Better-performing creative
Design built around hierarchy and clarity raises the effectiveness of the same message and the same ad spend.
Process
How the engagement runs
- Step 1
Discovery
We clarify positioning, audience and competitive context. A brand identity built without that input is just a preference exercise.
- Step 2
Direction
Two or three distinct visual directions are presented with rationale, so the decision is about strategic fit rather than taste alone.
- Step 3
Design and systemise
The chosen direction is developed into a full system: lockups, colour, type, spacing, imagery and application examples.
- Step 4
Deliver and support
Files, guidelines and templates are handed over, with a walkthrough so your team can apply the system correctly.
What a brand identity actually includes
A logo is one component. A working identity also defines: the colour palette and accessible pairings, the type hierarchy for headings and body text, spacing and layout conventions, image treatment and illustration style, tone of voice, and rules for what not to do. Without those, the logo is applied inconsistently and recognition never accumulates.
We also design for accessibility: colour combinations that meet contrast requirements, logo versions that remain legible on both light and dark backgrounds, and type sizes that hold up on a phone screen.
Rebrand, refresh or refine?
A full rebrand is expensive and discards existing recognition. Often the better option is a refinement: cleaning up the mark, defining a proper type and colour system, and producing templates — which resolves inconsistency without losing equity. We will recommend the least disruptive option that solves the actual problem, and explain what a full rebrand would require.
Where existing brand guidance exists and works, we follow it rather than proposing a new identity for the sake of a larger project.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee commercial outcomes from design work; identity improves credibility and consistency, not demand by itself.
- Logo concepts are presented in agreed rounds, with the number of revisions defined in the proposal.
- You receive full usage rights to final approved deliverables on payment, with source files included where specified. Stock assets and fonts are licensed under their own terms.
- Trademark searches and registration are the client's responsibility; we can recommend a legal professional but do not provide clearance.
How pricing works
Fixed-fee packages by deliverable set. Identity projects are quoted by scope; ongoing creative is available as a monthly allowance.
Advertising spend, platform subscriptions and third-party licences are paid by you directly and are always shown separately from our fee.
