The context
What social media marketing actually involves
Social media is where prospects check whether you look credible before they contact you. Its main job for most businesses is not virality — it is consistency: a profile that looks active, publish content that answers questions, and support paid activity with recognisable creative.
We build a manageable plan around the platforms that matter for your audience, with content pillars, a realistic cadence and design that stays on brand. We do not promise follower counts or viral reach, because no one can.

Problems this solves
Profiles that look abandoned
A last post from eleven months ago discourages enquiries. A modest, consistent cadence signals that the business is active and reliable.
Inconsistent visual identity
Every post in a different style reduces recognition. A small set of templates and colour, type and layout rules fixes it without enormous design effort.
Content with no purpose
Posting filler because a calendar says Wednesday wastes the audience's attention. Each content pillar should serve a specific role.
No connection to commercial goals
Likes are not leads. We align social content with the offers, enquiries and credibility signals that support sales.

Why it matters
Business benefits
Recognisable brand
Consistent visual and verbal presence makes your business easier to recall and easier to trust when a prospect is comparing options.
Reusable content
One well-planned content piece can become a post, a story set, a short video, an email section and an ad creative — reducing production cost per impression.
Support for paid campaigns
An active, coherent profile improves the performance of paid social because prospects who check the page find evidence of an operating business.
Process
How the engagement runs
- Step 1
Assess the audience
We identify which platforms your buyers actually use for your category, rather than spreading effort across all of them.
- Step 2
Define pillars
Content is grouped into repeatable pillars — expertise, proof, product or service detail, behind-the-scenes, offers — each with a defined purpose and format.
- Step 3
Produce and publish
Content is designed, written and scheduled in advance, with approval workflow that fits your team's review capacity.
- Step 4
Review
Monthly analysis of what earned attention and profile actions informs the next calendar rather than repeating the same mix indefinitely.
Choosing the right platforms
A B2B professional services firm will usually see more benefit from LinkedIn and a strong website than from a high-volume TikTok presence. A consumer restaurant or retail brand may find short-form video and local discovery far more valuable. We look at where your audience already is, what format the platform rewards, and how much production capacity you can sustain.
Two well-run channels beat five neglected ones. If capacity is limited, we say so and recommend concentrating effort.
What we will not promise
Follower counts, virality and reach figures are not controllable. Platforms change distribution frequently, and purchased followers produce no commercial value. What we commit to is consistent publishing, clear brand presentation, and reporting on genuine engagement and profile actions.
Where social media is expected to produce direct leads, we will recommend a paid component or a stronger conversion path, since organic reach alone is rarely reliable for lead generation at any volume.
Working with your team
Content is more credible when it comes from inside the business. We can work in either direction: providing strategy and production with minimal input from you, or providing calendars and templates while your team captures photos and short clips. The second model often performs better and costs less, and we will recommend it where it fits.
What we do not promise
- We do not promise follower growth, reach, virality or specific engagement rates.
- We do not buy followers, engagement or use engagement pods; these damage credibility and platform standing.
- Photography and video shoots on location require a separate production quote.
- Ad spend for boosted or promoted posts is separate from content and management fees.

Social Media Marketing FAQ
The cadence you can sustain consistently and that matches platform norms for your audience. For most small businesses that is two to four quality posts per week per active channel, plus stories where relevant. Volume without substance does not help.
We can manage first-line engagement with an agreed tone and escalation rules. Anything requiring technical or commercial judgement is routed to your team; we do not improvise answers on your behalf.
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest. We will recommend a subset rather than all of them.
