01Use of this website

This website is operated by Ranknex LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may browse the site and submit enquiries for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, submit false or misleading information, use automated tools to scrape content at scale, or use the site in a way that interferes with its availability for others.

02Service descriptions are not an offer

Descriptions of services on this website are provided for information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and they do not create a contract.

Engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. Where the website and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Figures, timelines or examples shown anywhere on this site are illustrative unless expressly stated to be a quotation in writing.

03Proposals and agreements

A proposal will set out the scope of work, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timeline, fees and payment schedule. Work begins only after written acceptance and, where stated, receipt of any initial payment.

Changes to the agreed scope require written agreement and may affect fees and timelines. Assumptions listed in a proposal are material: if they turn out to be inaccurate, the scope and schedule may be revised.

04Payment terms

Payment terms, invoicing schedule and late-payment consequences are specified in each signed agreement. Third-party costs — such as advertising spend, hosting, software subscriptions, licences and stock assets — are the client's responsibility unless a proposal states otherwise, and are paid directly by the client wherever possible.

Specific payment terms for Ranknex LLC engagements are to be confirmed in the applicable agreement and are not defined on this page.

05Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, layout, design system, graphics and code — is owned by or licensed to Ranknex LLC and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client on final payment, as specified in the signed agreement, subject to the licence terms of any third-party components, fonts, stock assets or open-source libraries used. Third-party licences are documented at handover.

Unless the agreement states otherwise, we may reference the fact that we worked with a client and describe the general nature of the work, but we will not publish identifiable case study details, results or testimonials without written permission.

06Third-party services

Deliverables may depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, content management systems, advertising platforms, email services and analytics tools. Their availability, pricing, policies and functionality are controlled by those providers, not by us.

We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that affect a deliverable, but we will advise on the impact and, where the engagement includes support, on reasonable remediation.

07Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is complete or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Liability in relation to paid services is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

08No guarantees of results

Search rankings, advertising performance, traffic and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, platform policies, competitor activity and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, conversion rates or revenue outcomes.

Any targets discussed are estimates or objectives, not commitments, unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

09Changes to this website and these terms

We may update, correct or remove content on this website at any time, and may revise these terms. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms are to be confirmed with Ranknex LLC's legal counsel and stated here before publication. The applicable law for paid engagements is stated in the signed agreement.
